I have been training with Luke for over a year and his attention to detail in all areas of my training and wellbeing was exceptional. I had a couple of prior injuries and Luke helped me to gain a wider range of movement, reduce pain and gain strength. He has a deep knowledge of the human body and how it works and I always felt completely safe in all my movements. I feel the strongest I have ever been at 41!
Luke also trained my teenage son and he honestly gave my son back his confidence! He explicitly taught him all the fundamentals and how to move and lift safely with correct technique. The emotional growth in my son was the biggest change I noticed. Training with Luke my son was noticeably happier, keen to try new things and take on challenges and he felt much more confident within himself and in his body. To have such a positive mindset as a teenager is so important and Luke has had a genuine impact on my son’s overall wellbeing.
Luke is warm and friendly in his interactions. He really listens to how things are going with your overall health and provided support both physically, emotionally and also with Nutrition for both my son and I. Luke has taught me to enjoy movement and through his coaching I have reached my goals and maintained them.
